As a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist I create customized meal plans and exercise programs for healthy adults.
The plan maximizes the client’s fitness and body composition goals by programing protein intake based on their lean body mass with the right amount and timing of carbohydrate consumption.
The program is built for each individual client based on their age, weight, gender, daily activities, BMR, fitness goals and several individual specific markers.
The initial intake, assessment and follow-up sessions are used to build and adjust the program for continued results. In addition client gets their personalized program in printed and digital form that is usable on mobile devices.
